Bringing the look together

Through collaborative discussions with the project manager, I was able to gain a clear understanding of the product design needs. I strived to optimize the process and identified an opportunity to streamline the team's approach. It became apparent that the internal team needed to establish clear project deliverables for projects within this scope. I proactively offered my expertise to help refine their workflows and suggested alternative tools. Although Illustrator was effective, given the large working files and the speed needed for each product, it wasn't the most efficient choice.

I further offered the team a path to restructuring their workflow towards Figma for finalizing, sharing, and delivering the end product so that projects can be more accessable for teammembers as a whole. This path allowed for multiple members of the team to access and be more collaborative with product designs. Fortunately, my contributions were well-received and played a pivotal role in shaping the team's strategy for developing consistent brand identities for their Amazon listings.
